Snake River Daisy, White Cushion Fleabane: Erigeron disparipilus

The photo above shows Snake River daisy as seen in the Hells Canyon National Recreation Area of northern Wallowa County in northeastern Oregon........June 26, 2008. Plants typically look like either dwarf yellow daisy (Erigeron chrysopsidis) or desert yellow daisy (Erigeron linearis) in form, but with white ray flowers instead of the yellow ones of the previous two species.
