Apothecia: 1-2 mm in diameter, membranaceous margin conspicous, hymenium golden yellow to orange
Asci: 230-330 x 17-22(-25) µm, 8-spored, spores uniseriate
Ascospores: globose, 14-15 µm (15-17 µm inclusive ornamentation), ornamentation consisting of curved ridges 1-1.5(-2) µm wide and 1-1.5 µm high, forming an alveolate reticulum (Seaveri-type). The ridges are often attenuate towards the ends. Additionally, there are groups of warts of irregular shape within the meshes of the reticulum.
Host: Tortella tortuosa, possibly also Ditrichum flexicaule (Schumacher 1993)
Distribution: France, Germany (BY), Norway, Slovakia, Switzerland
