Found in Tanzania in montane mist forests on small trees at elevations of 1500 to 2400 meters as a small sized, cool to cold growing epiphyte with a pendent to spreading stem carrying 2 to 6, clustered towards the apex, falcate, linear-ligualte, unequally bilobed and rounded apically, basally tweisted leaves that blooms in the summer on 1 to few, pendent, [3.5 to 19 cm] long, 5 to 10 flowered inflorescence carrying unpleasantly scented flowers.
