I find the slogan "download & get 30€ free" to be misleading. I have never had a company "verify my cc" by actually taking money, usually they book & release and 1-2€ max. The slogan should have been "load 5€, ride for 35€". Otherwise it is fine. I had issues with app charging me money although it still showed that i had credit left, contacted the customer support and got a fast response and money back. Misleading credit isn't a good start for such a small market with so many competitors.

I had issues with app as it would not process my card from Samsung S22, due to some issues with the app. However, app did charge me day pass 6eur, but I was refunded few days later after contacting the support. Very helpful and to the point customer service via email. I wish they fix the issue with payment on certain phones as I would love to use ryde in future.

Terrible vehicle. No shock absorption and rock hard tires, so very bumpy ride where you feel every pebble. Hard to regulate the speed due to unresponsive controls. Lack of a bell. Bad breaks. Heavy. But... It's certainly convenient.
