The Buzz Bands LA show returns to MoheakRadio today at 3 p.m. Pacific time, when I will be joined by Stephen Sowan, singer-guitarist of the promising L.A. quartet Blue Blood, a band that’s so new they haven’t released any music yet and have only played a handful of shows. We’ll chat about the formation of Blue Blood, classic rock and whether anybody has ever told him how much he resembles Joey Ramone. (They have.) And I will have a heaping helping of music fresh (and vintage) from SoCal artists.

I’ll be updating the playlist as I go, after the jump:

Avi Buffalo, “What In It For?”
Apex Manor, “Teenage Blood”
The Plimsouls, “Falling Awake”
Brian Whelan, “Decider”
Eastern Conference Champions, “Attica”
