Before Colgate
Graduate of Liberty High School … competed with the Dallas Premiere Volleyball Club … marked 194 kills through 124 sets for 1.60 kills per set average in her senior season … featured a career-high of 141 total blocks by 88 solos and 53 block assists in her senior season … earned 49 digs on the year, ultimately posting .267 hitting percentage in her varsity career … led the Liberty team to the 2018 District Championship title, garnering First Team All-District honors … an All-Academic Team member and National Honor Society member.

Thompson on why she chose Colgate: “I can’t wait to attend Colgate University! I love how Colgate gives me the opportunity to play Division I volleyball while receiving an outstanding education. When visiting the campus, I immediately felt welcomed by the coaching staff and team. The campus is beyond beautiful and I am so excited to make it my home for the next four years!”
