Summary[edit]

Description Arctoparmelia centrifuga (L.) Hale (a foliose lichen) was growing on a granite rock along the shore of Lake Superior, in Neys Provincial Park, Ontario, Canada; collected and identified by Richard E. Riefner (No. 81-616, 2 Aug 1981); this specimen is now in the lichen herbarium at the NY Botanical Garden.
