Holub.

Tephroseris integrifolia (L.) Holub subsp. capitata (Wahlenb.) B.Nord. it has a range that includes the western and central Alps and the Carpathians, while some disjoint stations are found in the central Apennines. In Liguria it is present in the alpine sector of the Province of Imperia, it is recorded in Nervia Valley (Monte Toraggio and Monte Pietravecchia), where it is rare, and on the ridge between the Argentina Valley and Tanarello Valley, where it is very frequent. It grows in subalpine and alpine pastures, above 1700 m (5600 ft) elevation, on alkaline sedimentary substrates but on decalcified, neutral or sub-acidic soils.
