Description
English: Treatment of a Pruzanski type I case of hemifacial microsomia, which has been achieved with distraction osteogenesis of the right side of the mandible, followed by maxillary osteotomy. Photos of the patient: a) before and b) after treatment. Comparison of the dental occlusion level: c) before and d) after treatment.
Ελληνικά: Νεαρός άνδρας πάσχων από δεξιά ημιπροσωπική μικροσωμία τύπου Pruzanski I, στον οποίο η επιμήκυνση της κάτω γνάθου πραγματοποιήθηκε με διατατική οστεογένεση του δεξιού ημιμορίου της γνάθου σε δύο φάσεις και η αποκατάσταση ολοκληρώθηκε με οστεοτομία για μετατόπιση της άνω γνάθου. Φωτογραφίες του αρρώστου: a) πριν και b) μετά τη θεραπεία. Σύγκριση του επιπέδου των δοντιών: c) πριν και d) μετά τη θεραπεία.
