As another year comes to a close, Alan & Rob bring you another festive filled Annual Holiday Special in which they examine the 1985 Ilya Salkind produced and Jeannot Szwarc directed, “Superman The Mov…oops we mean “Santa Claus: The Movie” (no, not the Tim Allen one) and its many links to the Superman movie universe.

We learn how Clark Kent travels to the far North where he discovers a frozen sanctuary in which he will learn of his destiny…oh wait, that’s not right. We learn how Mr. Mxyzptlk is taken advantage of by an evil Reagan era capitalist who wants to destroy Christmas forever…oh wait…that’s not right either.

Oh you’ll just have to listen for yourself to find out…

Alan & Rob also chat about a classic comic book from 1984 in which Santa saves The Man of Steel from none other than The Toyman.
