A slender-stemmed, upright-rounded large deciduous shrub that grows 8-10' high and nearly as wide. White bell-shaped flowers occur in late May in great abundance from the leaf axils. No significant fall color. Does best in moist, organic, acid to neutral soil in full sun to part shade. A lovely shrub for the border or in a mass.
