Four from football named to 2022 NFF Hampshire Honor Society

Four members of the Holy Cross football team were named to the 2021 National Football Foundation Hampshire Honor Society. The team is comprised of graduating seniors from schools across the country who were starters or key reserves and maintained a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.20.

The Holy Cross players honored were senior offensive lineman John Brekke, senior defensive lineman Matt Cedeno, senior defensive back Grant Holloman and senior defensive lineman Jason Modak.

A group of 1,559 players from 313 schools qualified for membership in 2022, the Society's 16th year. The 1,559 honorees are the second most in a single year during the program's history.
