Notes

Woody climber, prostrate or to 15m tall, or a tangled shrub to 4m tall. Leaves opposite each other, each comprised of three leaflets, each 2-12cm long, 1.5-75mm wide, linear to flat, hairless or minutely hairy. Fragrant flowers. Flowers white or cream, tubular, with 5 or 6 lobes, in open groups on stalks arising from the bases of the leaves. Fruit black or purplish black. Vulnerable Vic (ssp. lineare).

In Jasminum didymum ssp. lineare the end leaflet of the leaf is 2-12mm wide, and the flower clusters are 3-15 flowered. Jasminum lineare in NSW. Vulnerable Vic.

In Jasminum didymum ssp. didymum the end leaflet of the leaf is 15-75mm wide, and the flower clusters are 15-49+ flowered. Occasionally found in the area covered by this key.
