Distribution and Habitat
Albany to Cheyne Beach, growing in sandy and sandy-clay soil on coastal granite outcrops.

Description
A rare coastal species 200–350 mm high with a hairy leaf 100–180 mm long by 6–10 mm wide and up to two yellowish-cream, white and red flowers 30–50 mm across.
Distinguishing Features
It is distinguished from the related Funnel-tipped Spider Orchid (Caladenia infundibularis) by its yellowish-cream, white and red, rather than green, yellow and red flowers and more easterly distribution.
