Black cumin (Bunium persicum): Often called a black cumin and confused with Nigella seeds. These are caraway seeds shaped seeds and has a very smoky flavor. Often found in Indian cuisine.  Its also called as Kala Jeera in many Indain recipes.

Origin: Northern Indian / Persia
