Description

Shrub. Branchlets densely fulvous tomentose by adpressed stellate and erect woolly tuft-hairs, blackish brown, brittle; Leaves thick-coriaceous, rigid, brittle, (6-)8-10(-12) by (3-)4-5(-7) cm (index 1.7-2), broadest below the middle; Stipules narrowly ovate-acute, 2 by 1 mm.
