PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES

We produce all your orders within 1 to 2 days.

Once produced it must be sent. Our standard shipping services have these transit days depending on destination:

For mainland Spain you must have 24/48 hours.

All shipments have tracking information and we share it with you (so you can share it with your customers), automatically.

We also have an express shipping service. Check with your sales agent for service and pricing.

We always select the most economical shipping method for each of your orders and always group your items (if several different orders are sent to the same recipient, they will be grouped into one package).

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We will only accept a return under these circumstances.

1. The item you received is not the one you ordered.
2. The product you received is damaged.
3. The item has not arrived, and it has been withim 30 days since the order was placed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging.
