Located in Seagrove is a well-appointed one story 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach home, just off of 30A on a quiet street that is only steps away from the sugar white sands and turquoise waters of Seagrove Beach. Walk or bike to nearby shops and dining in Seagrove, Seaside and Watercolor. Walk or bike to fine dining and shopping along 30A - visit and explore nearby Seaside, Watercolor, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Grayton Beach.
Upon entering...
...Casa Rubia through a charming gate and courtyard, you’re greeted inside with open living, dining and kitchen spaces with vaulted ceilings. The living room offers ample comfortable seating for the entire family with a flat screen TV that is hung above a gas fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen includes bar top seating for 3, and the dining space seats 8 guests. Access to the screened-in porch is just off the kitchen and family room, where an outdoor shower is located and you can enjoy outdoor living and dining.
Three Bedrooms
Two of the three bedrooms are down the hallway off the family room – master bedroom #1 is a spacious room that includes vaulted ceilings, king bed, flat screen TV and a private en-suite master bath. Guest bedroom #2 includes a queen bed, flat screen TV and closet. The guest bathroom is directly next to guest bedroom #2 and includes a walk-in shower and single vanity. Guest bedroom #3 includes two sets of single bunk beds, flat screen TV and closet.
Pool
Newly built in the spring of 2023, the center point of Casa Rubia’s backyard oasis is the pool. With a 6X8 sun tanning shelf, the pool is a great way to relax after a hot day at the beach.
The pool can be heated during the winter or during chilly spring or fall days for a nominal daily rate.
Steps to the Beach...
Public beach access is a 5 minute walk from the house, or a short bike ride or drive. San Juan beach access has ample parking for cars, golf carts and bikes.
