Scilla madeirensis
A rare, endangered species from Madeira. The large bulbs have deep purple – blue tunics therefor it is worth leaving it above soil level. Tall, dense flower stems appear with the developing leaves in autumn. It will not tolerate low temperatures.

Tulipa agenensis sharonensis OP28317
Somewhat smaller than the usual ssp agenensis. This form ( ssp sharonensis) is rowing along the northern coast of Israel and Lebanon. Color is the most vivid red with a yellow blotch on the outside and beautiful black center. Leaves undulate and horizontal. Recommended full sun in order to keep this growing habit. Blooming in February to March.
