Make sure to dismount him once he gets his cloak in campaign. He does not fly while on his horse!

I tried modding Mannfred's black mist VFX unto Kemmler once since his literal item is cloak of mists and shadows, was way too difficult for me to grasp. Have you looked into that at all?

@basho He does not fly. This mod is not updated yet some animation is bugged. I will update it later

Uh I think you've given Kemmler Vlad's voicelines? or is that just a custom battle bug?
