Paul Dini (born August 7, 1957) is an American writer and producer. Together with Bruce Timm, he is best known for several acclaimed Warner Bros./DC Comics Animated series, such as Batman: The Animated Series, Superman: The Animated Series, Batman Beyond, The Zeta Project, Static Shock, The Batman, Batman: The Brave and the Bold, and Justice League. Though both he and Timm are mostly known for co-creating The Joker's ex-psychiatrist turned sidekick, Dr. Harleen "Harley Quinn" Quinzel.

He was a writer and story editor on ABC's popular television series Lost, the co-creator of Freakazoid! with Timm and Steven Spielberg serving as producer, as well as the story editor for Tiny Toon Adventures, one of Spielberg's other animated productions. He later worked at Marvel Animation on Ultimate Spider-Man and Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H., and was the sole writer for the Batman video games Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, and the creator of Cartoon Network's live-action series Tower Prep.

He is married to Misty Lee, a stage magician turned voice actress.
