USC head coach Andy Enfield has been named to the late season watch list for the 2021 Werner Ladder Naismith Men's Coach of the Year Award, it was announced by the Atlanta Tipoff Club today (Feb. 19).

Enfield, in his eighth season with the Trojans, has led USC to a No. 17 ranking and an 18-3 record.  The Trojans also sit in first place in the Pac-12 with a record of 12-2.   USC's 89-71 home win against Arizona State on Feb. 17 was the 150th victory for Enfield as USC's head coach and improved his record to 150-105 with the Trojans.  He also now has 191 career victories as a college head coach.

Enfield has guided the Trojans to their best two-year, three-year, four-year and five-year records and has brought in seven consecutive Top 30 recruiting classes, with the 2021 class currently ranking No. 12.  Over the last three seasons USC has had four players selected in the NBA Draft, tied for the fifth-most by any program in the country.

USC's 18-3 record is the best among Pac-12 schools and his teams have posted the second-best overall record in the conference in two of the previous three seasons.  Enfield led the Trojans into the postseason three consecutive seasons (2016-18), the first time for USC since 2007-09, all while his athletes have set the program's top team GPAs for the Spring, Fall and Summer sessions.
