Ryzen Master now supports desktop AM5 APU series
And easier handling of curve optimizer testing.
Users who like to tinker with their AMD Ryzen CPUs should be familiar with the Ryzen Master software. The software allows users to unlock the full potential of their CPUs either through automatic overclocking features or manual options. It is also a great software all around for monitoring and handling of different profiles depending on user needs.
The most recent update (2.13.0.2908) has added Ryzen 8000G desktop APU series support, which means that the software now supports all available AM5 processors. With this tool, users can now adjust clocks and power settings for their desktop APUs, which have already shown strong potential for overclocking.
What’s important is that Ryzen Master can help with overclocking of the integrated graphics. The RDNA3 graphics are possibly the most important feature and the reason to even consider Ryzen 8000G instead of 7000 series, thus having an option to increase performance through the official software, should not go unnoticed.

Another new feature is better handling of the Curve Optimizer. This feature allows users to fine-tune the voltage/frequency curve for the entire CPU or specific cores. These setting supersede default setting, allowing users to overvolt or undervolt their CPUs. Depending on the goal, they can lead to higher performance or better power efficiency.
This process should now be easier because the feature will no longer mandate system restart. These settings will be applied on the fly, confirms the changelog.
