Aaron is a 2007 graduate of Edison High School where he helped lead his team to a OHSAA Baseball Sate Final Four appearance. After high school, he continued his athletic and academic career at Ashland University.
At Ashland he won two GLIAC Conference championships, one Midwest Regional Championship, and played in the NCAA Division II World Series. He was a Sport Management major with minors in Business and Coaching.
During his playing career he was a Second Team all GLIAC selection, Second Team Midwest Region selection, National pitcher of the week, and four time GLIAC pitcher of the week selection. He was coached by John Schaly who currently has over 900 career wins. Aaron spent his summers traveling around playing in the top summer collegiate leagues. During the summer Aaron was a First Team All Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League selection where he helped lead the Southern Ohio Copperheads to the championship game.
Currently he is in his second year as the Graduate Assistant Coach at Wheeling Jesuit University. At WJU he works with the pitching staff, and serves as the recruiting coordinator. He will receive his Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership.Â
