This small, distichous Madagascan aloe looks very similar to the other varieties of the same genus, only this one has slight raised speckling on the undersides of the leaves and white flowers in a ball shaped inflorescence in late autumn. This has not been a particularly hard aloe to grow, but eventually, as happens to all dinky plants in the garden, it did not get enough sun. I have still not learned this lesson, and simply need to grow all these smaller aloes in pots in a sunnier location.
