To me the taste isn't bad at all. It's not a smoothie. Don't get that confused. Getting it to mix well is like a 4 step process: pour in milk, add half the dosage, add mixing ball, shake to mix it up, repeat process and give it another good shake because sometimes the stuff just sticks to the bottle. At first I had to use a spoon to scrap the mixture from the bottom. The one thing I don't like is the dust it creates when scooping out the powder. All in all, it does suppress my appetite. I mix it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I like the taste.

I can’t give a proper review because I’ve only had 3 servings of it so far. It does taste very good. I purchased two containers and see that there are only 10 servings approx. in each. Since I’m in Canada and this was shipped from the US it would be very expensive to continue taking it for any length of time considering the rate of exchange. I could give a better review after I’ve used up my current supply. Any chance of having Almased distributed in Canada?

Be prepared if you Drink as recommended for me two cans lasted Five days, 2 Drinks a day. Still not bad considering I did not buy or eat any food other than the Almased. If you have the will power I highly recommend this diet.
