Description
Episcia cupreata is a terrestrial plant with a creeping habit, native to Colombia. Its leaves are oval, brownish green with a marked pale green venation. It has striking red and tubular flowers. Its cultivation indoors or in terrariums is recommended. Often grown as a hanging plant in the home.
- Light: semi-shade, never direct sun
- Irrigation: moderate, avoid waterlogging. Requires high humidity (70 -85%)
- Temperature range: 18 - 27 ºC
- Substratum: Loose substrate rich in organic matter, we recommend using our substrate for premium begonias
