North of Gran Canaria, and Northwest of Lanzarote.

Origin

Habitat

In Lanzarote, it is installed on gently sloping slopes with somewhat stony-clayey barranquillos, at the foot of cliffs. In Gran Canaria it grows on steeply sloping cliffs, occasionally it appears on the platforms, sharing habitat with canopy tabaibals with a high presence of sweet tabaiba. (Reyes et al., 2000; Beltrán et al., 1999)

Population data

In the census conducted in 2012, there were 70 specimens in Gran Canaria (although only the parcel of population dynamics was counted) and 267 copies in Lanzarote (2 parcels of population dynamics were counted). (TRAGSATEC, 2012)
