There was a bit of a mix up with the Royal Mail delivering to the wrong address and slow in updating etc. However contacted Rob (seller) who responded promptly to my emails and suggested everything he could in helping to sort this mixup out. When the remote did arrive it was better than expected, fully function and looking brand new. Fantastic price for a used item. In general very good experience in purchasing this item.
