Had an email saying iten was not in stock or damaged. To be fair, the refund came before I had checked why my item had not arrived. Incidentally, the supplier / manufacturer of the new product was also out of stock, and would not have new stock for about 4 weeks. I think this review is fair as the vendor did all he could under the circumstances, but my experience could not be described as possitive.
