The seller advertised the plant with free shipping. However, I had to pick up the package from Post Office and pay an additional $15 for shipping. The seller initially said he "didn't know why that happened" and would refund me the $15 shipping charge once I sent copy of pickup receipt, which I did. I have not heard back or received a refund. Deceptive advertising?!?
