The item I bought was listed as NEW. It was anything but. The print head came in a box that showed ink on the sides inside, there was ink on the head itself. I informed the buyer about it and was asked what would make it right. I told the seller that since the used print heads were about twenty dollars cheaper that seemed like a good amount to refund. I told him I chose the seller as it was a NEW printhead. I never heard anything more from the seller nor did I get any refund.
