I spoke directly to seller about shipping to USA and he never said a thing about needing a Protected Plant Permit which takes a minimum of 30 days to obtain. $250. worth of plants sitting at customs for a month.

Some plants are citase plants, sometimes customs will ask for protected plant permit from customer but not all plants will be asked for this certificate.
