The units I received wasn't configured for bluetooth as advertised. I contacted the seller and was told I received the wrong units. They shipped me replacements overnight. The printers looked and were packaged as new units. I was able to meet my schedule. The printers work extremely well. The shipment was well packaged and arrived on time.
