Cooking instructions :

Remove the seafood cocktail from the bag and let thaw to room temperature for 2 to 3hours on a plate or 5 minutes under running water. Once thawed, cook the seafood 3 to 5 minutes in a frying pan or in a pot. To enjoy warm or chill.

Mussels from Pacific (mollusc), scallops* 20% (mollusc), salted shrimps (shrimps (shellfish), salt), salted squid tubes (squid (mollusc), salt, acidifying agent: citric acid).
