4 out of 5 starsSeller chose to ship using a cheaper method rather than Priority mail that was paid for. Seller refunded the difference but the item never arrived. Postal service says this included in a bundle of shipments but they never took possession. Sellers response was calling our local post office idiots. Received a refund through Etsy protection service, but this purchase left a sour taste. Our post office has very nice helpful people. I didn't like the sellers response.

Our experience with a buyer raised several issues. Initially, they complained about receiving damaged items in the past, so we used extensive protective packaging. Despite this, they were dissatisfied with the ground shipping method, expecting priority delivery. We promptly refunded the shipping difference but faced further complaints when the item was lost in transit. We initiated a missing mail search, yet the buyer demanded an immediate refund. Etsy eventually issued a refund under their protection plan after more challenging interactions. We advise caution when dealing with this buyer due to repeated disputes and communication difficulties.
