cut twigs are put into damp paper and then into a plastic bag so that the moisture does not escape. sometimes aerial roots appear already during the journey. then the whole twig is wrapped in paper adapted to its size so that the leaves do not get damaged. If it is winter, the cardboard is additionally lined with thermal foil and I add a heater that maintains the temperature for 72 hours. Plants take up a lot of space and must be transported as quickly as possible. They are only sent by courier, which usually refers to continental transport. It happens that the carrier does not deliver shipments to European islands or demands high fees.

If after opening the parcel you find that the plant is rotten or broken, take a photo and send it to me. Inspect the shipment immediately after receiving it. Write me a message and together we will determine further action to compensate for the loss of plants.

The carrier is responsible for the transportation of shipments. If the parcel is damaged at the time of delivery, you should write down a report stating that the parcel arrived in bad condition. The packaging cardboard may be crushed or torn during transport, in which case you should contact the courier. in the tracking tab you can always see the status and number of your shipment, thanks to which you can identify the supplier.

If your parcel has not been shipped yet, you can add additional items to it. If you have already paid for the entire transaction and you like one more product, add it to your cart and buy it in the traditional way. I will see that there are two orders in progress for you and you will receive a refund of shipping costs for one transaction. Please note that the refund will be for cheaper shipping. If you order a chain that fits into a small envelope, and after a few days you want to buy a plant packed in a large cardboard box - the refund of shipping costs will apply to the chain. Parcel loss is very rare, but unfortunately I have no influence on it. When making a purchase, you can find the shipment number in the tracking tab. It is best if you track your shipment directly via the carrier's website, in the case of plants it is DPD Europa. Go to the DPD carrier's website and enter the shipment number, thanks to which you will have accurate tracking. After receiving the parcel, carefully open the box and start unpacking the plants. If you order more plants, they usually indicate what variety they are on the packaging. After unpacking, assess its condition and place it in a bright place. the position cannot be in direct sunlight, it must be bright, but if the plant has been closed in a package for several days, the bright sun may burn it. plants always need to rest for a few days after shipment, so do not transplant them immediately, even if they are in a technical pot.
