Handmade

A dwarf, sprawling species which can get up to 4in tall. Grows lots of branches to form a cluster. Blushes a beautiful purple in the sun and when water stressed. Leaves are smooth, plump, and rounded.

Crassula elegans is quite variable, and I have 2 other distinct strains which I also sell in my shop.

SOIL - I recommend very well draining soil mix. Store bought cactus and succulent mix often still retains too much water. You can add pumice, lava rock, or perlite to loosen it up and improve drainage.

WHY BARE ROOT?
I sell most of my plants bare root for 2 reasons:
1. I use high quality, well draining soil that also happens to be very loose, it doesn't stay in the pot very well during shipping so it would make a big mess.
2. The weight and bulk of soil increases shipping costs significantly. (My soil is a lot heavier than standard nursery soil.)*
