Normally, no pot goes with your order so I add a layer protection for the roots of a plant. After that, the second layer is to cover whole plant by using white gift wrapping paper. If I think the destination of the plant is extremely cold, a third layer is added to protect the plant from the cold weather. Let me know if you have any requests for protecting your order.

If the weight of your package 📦 is under 16 Ounces, the free shipping is USPS First-Class, which shipping time is 2-6 days. Otherwise, it updates to USPS Priority shipping automatically, which normally shipping time is 1-3 days. Delays may happen because of COVID-19 and weather condition!

Most of my plants especially succulents grow outdoor so they are more colorful but they may not perfect like plants that grow in greenhouses. Some of them may have scares from snail bites. Normally, the plants that grow outdoor are more tough.

If it is a priority mail, a shipping insurance is automatically added to your package, which is up to $100. Thus, you can file a claim to USUP. If you have problem with that, I can help! Message me!

Although the plant you order is from Mirage of Eden, it grows in different environments. The growth rate and the color of the plant depends on water, moisture, soil, sunlight, and fertilizer. For example, stressing succulents by getting lots of sunlight and minimizing water can alter its color to be more beautiful and more colorful, less green.

Different plants grow in distinct environment. In order for me to write an instruction for each order, a link about how to take care of the plant is attached to the description on Etsy. Also, you can do some research on Google.

2. There are tons of information to help you out.
