Seller sold me false artwork. The artwork that says "Sega Saturn" on the side of the insert is a terrible font and doesnt even remotely replicate the official licensed artwork. Also, he lied claiming he would give me a full refund for both clockwork Knight and alien trilogy, that never happened. He tried to say he was only giving a $10 refund when in reality he owes me $44 total for both orders. I will be contacting etsy AGAIN to finally get my refund because seller refuses to cooperate. Do not buy from him unless you want false replica's for your collection.

It saddens me to see your dishonest review as I've tried my best to make you happy in this situation...1, The artwork sent to you was the exact artwork pictured in the listing you purchased from. 2, After you stated you were displeased with said artwork, I offered to redesign it for you free of charge and send you a replacement at no cost to you, you DECLINED. 3, I offered to refund your FULL purchase if you sent back all items, you DECLINED. 4, To date I have issued a $16 refund for both artworks. You left me a 5 star review back in February, clearly happy with the quality of my product. This leads me to believe that you are wanting the product for free, why else would you not return it for a FULL refund? My offer of a full refund of goods purchased still stands.
