If you accidentally entered the wrong address during your transaction, please do not worry! Please contact me ASAP to correct the address. If it has already been shipped, the buyer is held responsible for contacting USPS.
If the package does get returned to me, please note that I won't be able to refund you. Succulents are perishable items, they will most likely not survive if they get shipped out again. We don't refund for incorrect shipping address. Please double check your order. Thank you!

No cancellations or refunds for custom orders.

Since we are a small business, we don’t not offer refunds. If there is a problem, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery and send us a picture of the item.

Extreme colds can damage your plants. Please add a heat pack to your order if temperatures reach 35 degrees. We will not be held responsible for freeze damage.

** Plants with cold damage will not be replaced unless a winter packaging was purchased.

Unfortunately, we only ship plants within the United States. - Does not include US Territories.

These are living plants. I always try my best to insure that all plants are packaged with love and care. However, during their transit, they can get some damage ( package mishandling/leaves breaking/losing their color). Plants like these are able to bounce back once they get some water, receive indirect sunlight and acclimate to their environment after being in a box for a couple of days. Please contact me if something does happen. I will gladly fix the problem.

I import plants from other countries. I find it important to nourish the plant before I list them up on my Etsy page. All of my imports have been rooting in soil for MONTHS. I only sell high quality imports.
