It's a lovely succulent considering its colors and size, but the packaging and consition was poor. 5 of the heads had fallen off even though it arrived quickly. One of the main 4" branches was snapped at the main root, likely due to just being wrapped in newspaper with no other shock absorbing material besides a paper towel I also found webbing and bug damage on the plant upon unwrapping it, which was not pictured or disclosed when I talked with the seller prior to purchase. This plant will be treated and in quarantine for a while before it joins my other succulents. If I'd seen the plant looking like this in a shop, I wouldn't have purchased it. I'm hoping I can get it back to looking as healthy as it was when it was listed for purchase.
