Although I am a skilled engineer by trade with years of experience in the construction industry, I pride myself in the materials chosen and methods of my designs. Difficult as it may be working with items and tools that have been discarded, it does create unique and exciting hand crafted one of a kind finds. I have given the maximum time allowed by Etsy for returns and exchanges, however, in the event of item failure due to an error of my own, I will gladly accept responsibility and will do my best to provide a solution for you at any time so as long as the item is in the care of original purchaser or recipient. I am available for commissioned pieces or personalization. This includes painting or design, custom dimensions, choice of materials either purchased new or from my salvaged stock. Work is to begin on custom items only after buyer/ seller written agreement. Due date, expected shipping date, etc. are as per item.

Returns, exchanges, refunds, etc. are stated in my shop policy and described in detail here. I take full responsibility in the event that your item is delivered damaged, whether by my own fault or by carrier handling. Because my items are unique, sometimes rare and even one of a kind, I take great care in packaging. I will gladly refund an agreed upon portion or full amount of any item that is delivered damaged. Returning damaged items is not necessary. Exchanges, if applicable will be defined in listing description.

Once listed, my items are packaged and stored in climate controlled inventory. This is to ensure that you receive your items just as I have described and shown you in my photographs and video. This also assist with fast same day processing. Your item will be shipped at the next available pick up time which is typically scheduled for the following morning after payment has been made.

Although my shipping process doesn't leave much room for a cancellation, please don't hesitate to contact me if an issue arises with your purchase. I am more than happy to make arrangements, accept a deposit, or even set up a payment plan for an item.
