Excellent customer service and plants arrived alive for the most part, there was some problems just because of delays due to COVID. Two species in my order did not survive. They reshipped for free, and in the second round they arrived healthy. Now all six species I ordered are growing well.

After the original order was destroyed by customs for some reason, they were graciously mailed out a second time. I received them today, and everything is in good condition and still looks viable. Highly recommended.
