Our high-fired neti pots are handmade from start to finish in Santa Rosa, CA. We use only food-safe glazes that are free of lead and other harmful chemicals. The ergonomic design allows for easy rinsing and cleaning!

We unconditionally guarantee your satisfaction with any Baraka product. If one of our products fails to meet your expectations, for any reason, simply return it with receipt for a refund or exchange – whichever you prefer.

Please be aware that you will pay return shipping costs depending on the return or exchange. Items should be returned in the original packing material and packaged the same way it was sent to ensure the piece arrives back safely. Sorry, shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the item/s are received we will issue a refund. Email us for our return address.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will send you a label to mail the product back.

Before and after use: Rinse neti pot it with hot water and flush out the spout. Wipe inside with hand while doing this to remove any lingering salt or dust.

Wash: Hand-wash neti pot with warm, soapy water or put it into dishwasher whenever you feel the need to. Remember, soap breaks down oil and is often not necessary to clean the neti. Be sure to rinse out any remaining soap as it can irritate your sinuses.

Storage: Ensure the pot air dries completely, as water left in the pot can allow bacteria to grow. Store in a dry place.

DO NOT USE IN THE MICROWAVE AS THIS IS HARMFUL TO THE GLAZE AND CREATES A BURN HAZARD.

Great product and very pretty. The only issue is that the instructions advise using an amount of their salt mixture that I found to be way too much and painful. Once I reduced the amount of salt it was great.
