RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not 100% happy with your TROVE Tray design, you may return it for a refund if you let us know within 14 days of delivery and return the tray within 30 days of delivery. The purchaser would bare all delivery costs and be responsible for the unused trays return in as new condition.

In the rare event of an item being damaged during transport (we package well), it can be replaced by providing emailed photographic evidence of the damage within 3 DAYS of delivery. As well as of any damaged packaging, to aid us with our claim with Royal Mail. Once this has been received a replacement will be dispatched.
