Unfortunately, the tiles did not come across well. Most of it damaged during transport. We only noticed this when we wanted to process the tiles (3 months later). The top tiles were OK, but everything below them broke off at a corner. Contacted Cerames. Responded within the hour with request for photos. Then immediately promise that new tiles will be sent (including T&T code). Great that it can be arranged so quickly and well. Really very happy with it.

Helaas kwamen de tegels niet goed over. Het grootste deel gedurende transport beschadigd. Dit merkten wij pas toen we de tegels wilden verwerken (3 maanden later). De bovenste tegels waren OK, maar alles eronder een hoek afgebroken. Contact gezocht met Cerames. Reageerden binnen het uur met verzoek om foto's. Daarna direct toezegging dat nieuwe tegels worden verstuurd (inclusief T&T code). Top dat het zo snel en goed geregeld kan worden. Echt heel erg blij mee.
