Saica Recyled Paper Mill

Partington Greater Manchester.

This project was part of Saica Paper’s development of one of the world’s most advanced Recycled Paper Mills in the UK. The £290 million development will use approximately 400,000 tonnes a year of 100% recycled paper in the manufacture of corrugated boxes – enough paper to cover the distance between Partington and London (196 miles) every 3.5 hours.

FK’s flexible approach added value throughout the project, providing alternative material solutions to design issues faced during construction, and innovative installation methods for congested plant areas.
