Alfa Romeo 33 1.4 IE L

The Alfa Romeo 33 is a compact car from the Italian brand Alfa Romeo. The 33 succeeded the Alfasud in 1983 in the compact front-wheel-drive midsize segment. The name 33 refers to Alfa Romeo’s Tipo 33 racing cars of the 1960s and 1970s.

The mechanical parts were adopted slightly modified from the Alfasud, but the appearance of the car changed significantly. The 33 received a more modern design from the Centro Stile Alfa Romeo.

Our Alfa 33 was delivered new in Italy on June 24, 1992, and stayed there its entire life until we found the car in Sicily. It features a 1,351 cc boxer engine with 86 horsepower, which in itself does not seem like much, but appearances can be deceiving in this case as the car weighs only 950 kilograms! 

Although the 33 was relatively popular in its day, especially for an Alfa Romeo, they have since largely disappeared from the streetscape and in a quasi-new condition like ours they are nowhere to be found!

With only 26,000km on the odometer, our Alfa 33 is a real winner! The car is still completely in its factory paint, the interior shows almost no signs of use and the plastic that protected the passenger footwell is completely intact, as if no one has ever sat there! So is the back seat! All click systems of the belts on the back seat have the factory stickers with the production date.

In short, this beauty is an incredible opportunity to still own a real classic Alfa Romeo (oldtimer) for a very democratic price!
