Ranunculus aconitifolius thrives in damp soils, and will tolerate extremely wet conditions. It's ideal for growing in bog gardens and around the edges of ponds.
Ranunculus aconitifolius 'Flore Pleno' bears white, fully double flowers in early spring. For best results grow in full sun to partial shade, and avoid letting the soil dry out. Plants can be quite vigorous, so it's a good idea to dig up and divide clumps in autumn.
